Tournament officials such as Head Appraisers, Challenge Masters, Score Room Leads, and Tournament Directors are likely interested in monitoring the progress of the tournament toward having all the teams scored.

Let's look at the activities provided to these officials to support Mobile Scoring at a Tournament:

• last minute changes in appraisers and their scoring assignments
  We anticipate that most of the appraisers and the items they are assigned to score are setup prior to the tournament.  There may be a need to make a few changes the morning of the tournament.  This topic covers final changes and checks to make sure you are ready to go.
  
  
• making sure appraisers can access the mobile client to enter scores
  This topic covers ways to ensure appraisers can gain access to the Mobile Client.
  
  
• monitoring which appraisers have entered scores and which have not
  This topic will show you how to see the scores for the tournament start rolling in.
  
  
• allowing an appraiser to change scores after they are submitted
  When an appraiser submits their scores for a team, those scores can no longer be changed.  This topic illustrates how to unlock an appraiser's score for a team.
  
  
• monitoring deductions
  Deduction can be entered by appraisers via the Mobile Client or through the Resource Area.  This topic show how this is done.
  
  
• review and email raw scores with teams
