The Special Requests pane lets you tell us about issues that we should know about your team.

We ask you to categorize the request and identify whether the request is related to the team or a specific attendee.  Here are suggestions for using each type:

  • dietary: food allergies
  • housing:  special needs in accommodation rooms
  • schedule: if team members are arriving later than their package indicates or leaving prior to Sat evening
  • physical: if a raised stage or stairs might present a problem for someone
  • language: if the team speaks a language other than English, please supply that on the Team Info pane; use this for other language issues where a team member might not be able to communicate with an appraiser
  • registration: if you anticipate issues during on-site registration
  • payment: if there are issues about paying your bill
  • other: something that doesn't fit the other categories
