The Attendees pane lets you tell us who is on your team and who will accompany your team.


Attendee are divided into 3 groups:

  • Team Managers: all listed as a team manager for the team
  • Participants: these are the kids on the team
  • Spectators: these are parents, siblings, and friends that will accompany the team


To indicate a team manager will attend Global Finals, click the checkbox to the left of their name.  At that point you will be able to provide the type of package they will need.  If your team manager is not listed, go to the Team Info pane and click one of the Modify buttons to add the person as a team manager (this may involve setting up a DI Account for the new team manager).  


If the team manager has no checkbox to the left of their name, they are listed as the team manager for another team.


Adding Participants and Spectators is done in the Add a New Attendee box.


Any Attendee you list that has a package with a Room (an A package) will be housed with the team.


Once you supply the information requested, the Attendee pane will determine the package needed and display its cost.  Click here to see a list of the packages offered.


The sidebar on the right side of the pane is illustrated below.  It will give you a running total on the cost of your housing in the Attendees segment.  In the example below, the team has chosen the Housing Type: with affiliate.  There is 1 team manager, 5 participants, and 1 spectator.  Their order # is 3556 and the sum total of their packages is $4285.00.
