Below is a screen capture of the Awards Wizard.  It will look a bit different based on the role you play in the process.

All officials should see the My Awards pane.  This is where an official can draft, edit and submit an award.  The initial screen lists all your awards and their current status.

ICMs should see the ICM Awards pane.  This will list all the awards associated with their challenge.

Program Directors see the Program Directors Awards pane.  This will list all awards.

The Tournament Awards pane shows all approved awards.

Before digging into the details of creating and editing awards, it would be good to understand the statuses associated with an award.  This tells you where the award is in the approval pipeline and who is working on it.

A typical set of status changes for an award that is approved might be:

  1. appraiser adds an award: status = draft
  2. appraiser edits the award: status = draft
  3. appraiser submits the award: status = submitted
  4. ICMs edit the award: status = submitted
  5. ICMs approve the award: status = icm-approved
  6. program directors edit the award: status = icm-approved
  7. program directors approve the award: status = approved

Other paths are possible including returning the award to prior state or declining the award.
