The Schedule Request List shows the schedule requests across the tournament. This page is used by tournament schedulers to understand the scheduling needs of the their tournament.  A few quick points:


    • The same request facility is available whether your tournament is scheduled using the scheduler or import schedule.  You access it from the menu pick Tournaments=>schedule; it is the red tab Schedule Requests.
    • The person scheduling the tournament has flexibility on the requests they honor.
      • Kid requests are normally given high priority as the kid on the team has paid for multiple opportunities
      • Time requests are normally met unless they are unreasonable such as the team specify its performance times
      • Other requests need to be examined and evaluated
      • Request priorities normally fall off after the above; team managers have higher priority families
    • The auto scheduler follows these guidelines.  You can control how it deals with requests on the Edit Default page on the Scheduler Dashboard.
    • If using Import Schedule, it is up to you to apply the requests.


The screenshot below show the Schedule Request List.  Each team at the tournament is listed.  The columns on the right side of the page describe the schedule requests for a team.  The time column lists any time requests.  The remaining columns indicate the number of requests in each category.  Requests that are potentially a problem are color coded:

  • red: is likely a serious problem
  • orange: is likely too close
