You can review Online Forms in 2 ways:


  1. Documents=>manage documents; Test LiveDocs red tab
    This page will create or view individual online forms. To use it you need to setup a tournament with some teams assigned to the challenges you want to test.  To work you need to assign a set of team to the the test tournament.  To do this each team must have a challenge and level.  There is no need to create rooms or create a schedule. 

    This is normally done on a test system early in the year as teams would be confused if you started filling out forms for them.

    You could also do this through Teams=>my tournaments, but then you need to assign yourself as a team manager for the team.

    This approach is normally used to initially test the online forms by the developers.
     
  2. Documents=>manage documents; Misc LiveDocs Actions red tab; click Create All LiveDocs

    This technique will create all the Online Forms in PDF form.  It is a good way to get buy-in from the Program Directors that the items and wording are as they want.
