The documents menu currently covers 4 types of documents:

1. documents posted on the site

• documents=>view documents lets people see the documents associated with their roles
• documents=>manage documents is the administrative interface for managing these document (covered here)
• documents=>manage documents also contains an interface to send this year's ICs to tournament directors

2. create score sheets

• this is the process used to create score sheets used in appraising the challenges (covered here)

3. online forms testing

• documents=>manage documents contains a tab to test online forms (ie Test LiveDocs)
  This allows an administrator to view/edit any team's online documents.  It is currently used when developing new online forms or if there is a need to assist a team.

4. challenge development

• documents=>review documents is a facility for writing challenges and getting them reviewed.
